OS4X 3 Release 2024-02-05 can be downloaded online from the website www.os4x.com/downloads, the OS4Xvirtual images and the Docker containers are updated.
Current changes are:
- OS4X Docker:
- ⊕ New: The licensing of OS4X Docker installation is now more static: the dynamic hostname is no longer used to generate the OS4X ID. This eliminates the need to obtain a new license (automatically) after every update or container restart.
- OS4X Core:
- ⊕ New: The admin web interface warns about overly generously configured memory sizes when uploading files to PHP (which would cause the web server process to crash).
As the latest version of OS4X available, we recommend to update to this version as fast as possible.
