OS4X 3 Release 2020-09-09 can be downloaded online from the website www.os4x.com/downloads, the OS4Xvirtual images and the Docker containers are updated. Current changes are:

• OS4X Enterprise:
  • New mechanism for OFTP2 certificate exchange via email, with support of template. Create automatic mass email (BCC all administrators) for each SSID/SFID combination, dynamic configurable switch date, poll check for TLS and secure authentication functionality.
  • Added specific favicon to OS4X Webaccess (for all browser which don’t support SVG properly).
• OS4X Core:
  • Enhanced error resolving hint for expired certificates.
  • Mute functionality for CRLs (no error or warnings logged in system log).
  • Enhanced polling for OFTP2 session check (which extended return code values).
  • Automatic deactivation of CRL entry if file is too big for database insert.
  • Automatic reload of queues in administrative web interface, regarding the time slot when daemons become ready.
  • Directory scanner: prevent to use configured outgoing directory as search path.
• OS4X OFTP2 SmartProxy:
  • Configurable option for required TLS client certificate now available in proxy.
  • Optional identification of remote partner via incoming proxy connection (perfect for multi-proxy environments).

As the latest version of OS4X available, we recommend to update to this version as fast as possible.
