OS4X 3 Release 2021-11-09 can be downloaded online from the website www.os4x.com/downloads, the OS4Xvirtual images and the Docker containers are updated.

Current changes are:

• • OS4X Webaccess:
    • ↑ Improved: Local directory selection in Electron client functional again.
  • OS4X Core:
    • ⊕ New: All daemons log their start and stop processes in the OS4X system log.
    • ↑ Improved: New init script with new kill behavior (using the optionally available PID file), logging of all processes in the OS4X system log.
    • ↑ Improved: Optimization of the RAM consumption of the OS4X update.
    • ↑ Improved: Obsolete CRL URLs of a VW-CA are automatically deactivated.
    • ↑ Fixed: Compatibility with PostgreSQL improved.
  • OS4X administrative webinterface:
    • ⊕ New: All interactive start and stop processes of daemons are logged in the OS4X system log.
    • ↑ Fixed: Poll of substations in OS4X Core available again.
    • ↑ Fixed: Version comparison to the latest version corrected.

As the latest version of OS4X available, we recommend to update to this version as fast as possible.
